I'd already tried in different browsers. I've now tried InPrivate mode and that has helped me get further simply non solved the issue.

I take been able to motility payments from the expired card to a payment method, which is cracking equally I can now pay for the service that was declined.

However,  I still tin't delete a payment method. I practice get further in the procedure than before, but I withal get an fault. This time the mistake is in the dialogue panel on the right paw side and says "Something failed on our cease. Attempt over again later."

The problem is finding out how to contact MS support. There are no contact details on the admin portal and nothing usable on the 365 website. After a lot of Googling, managed to find a back up number for the Britain. I called it and eventually spoke to someone who said they would transfer me to the right person to deal with the trouble, but then she cutting me off. I was frustrated by then and couldn't acquit to go through the process again until I had cooled down. In the meantime, I'll see if Anna can help me further.

Very appreciate for your reply. For your result, firstly, please be kindly noted that we can merely remove the payment method that isn't attached to a subscription or billing profile: Delete a payment method

Then you may wait for a while, for co-ordinate to the error message, it seems like server is currently busy.
